Angela Nicewonder is a credentialed mediator and is appointed by the Courts to mediate family law cases in Fort Bend, Harris, Brazoria, and surrounding counties.  1-hour drive-by mediations are available as well as 4, 6, or 8-hour mediation sessions to provide attorneys and their clients the ability to choose the option that best suits the needs of the case.  

Angela assists with conflict resolution in a confidential and efficient manner.  She will work with the parties and attorneys to come up with creative solutions, along with litigation knowledge and experience, to facilitate the negotiation process and achieve settlement.  Mediation gives parties the opportunity to create the terms of their case together and oftentimes allows parties to include terms that they could not otherwise obtain from a court ruling, while avoiding the time, expense (financially and emotionally) of litigation.

$100.00 per party - 1-hour drive-by mediation

$350.00 per party - 4-hour mediation (1/2 day)

$525.00 per party - 6-hour mediation

$700.00 per party - 8-hour mediation (full-day)
